Vinyl Liner Pool
A 9″ brick and FRP-panel structure finished with a welded 1.5–2 mm PVC membrane — waterproofing and finished surface in one, in four finishes and five standard shapes.
A vinyl liner pool is built as a structure and then lined: the membrane is the waterproofing layer and the visible surface at the same time. There is no tiling and no grout anywhere in the pool, so the interior stays smooth underfoot, and nothing on the wall can lift, craze or stain along a joint.
How it is built
A 9″ brick retaining wall is raised around an excavated and levelled base finished in PCC. FRP panels are set against the wall, a geotextile layer is laid to protect the membrane, and the liner is welded in place over the top — every seam heat-welded, so the finished skin is continuous.
The membrane
Quolike supplies 1.5–2 mm PVC liners that resist UV, bacteria, fungi and static electricity. Four finishes are available — Plain Blue, Marbella Blue, Sensitive Sand and Pearl Black — and the printed ranges, from mosaic effects to sand and dark stone tones, are shown in full under Liners.
