Own the client relationship from first enquiry through to signed order — site visits, technical discussion, proposal and close — for pool, wellness and treatment projects across India.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound enquiries and qualify project requirements
Conduct site visits and understand the technical brief first-hand
Prepare proposals and commercial estimates with the engineering team
Negotiate and close orders, then hand over cleanly to project delivery
Build long-term relationships with architects, builders and consultants

What we’re looking for

Experience in technical or project-based B2B sales
Comfortable reading drawings and discussing specifications with consultants
Willing to travel for site visits
Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati

Swimming Pool / Water Treatment Technician

The hands-on half of the work: installing, commissioning and servicing filtration, dosing, disinfection and heating on pool and water treatment projects, and keeping them running once they are handed over.

What you’ll do

Install and commission filtration, dosing, disinfection and heating equipment
Fit liners, covers, lights and pool fittings on site
Test water and correct the chemical balance before handover
Service pumps, filters, dosing systems and heat pumps under AMC
Attend breakdown calls, diagnose the fault and put it right
Keep commissioning records and walk the client through their own plant room

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience with pumps, plumbing and electrical connections
An ITI or diploma in a mechanical or electrical trade, or equivalent site experience
Able to read a plant layout and follow a pipework schematic
Willing to travel to sites and stay over where a job needs it
Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati; enough English for site documentation
