FRP Liner Pool
An FRP-panel structure on a PCC base, finished with a welded 1.5–2 mm PVC membrane — waterproofing and finished surface in one, in a choice of finishes and any shape.
A vinyl liner pool is built as a structure and then lined: the membrane is the waterproofing layer and the visible surface at the same time. There is no tiling and no grout anywhere in the pool, so the interior stays smooth underfoot, and nothing on the wall can lift, craze or stain along a joint.
How it is built
The pool area is first excavated and prepared with a soling layer and a PCC base. FRP panels are then installed, followed by the complete plumbing and electrical work. Brickwork, finishing and levelling are carried out before the protective geotextile layer goes in. The liner is installed over the prepared surface, and coping and decking complete the pool.
The membrane
Quolike supplies 1.5–2 mm PVC liners that resist UV, bacteria, fungi and static electricity. Every seam is heat-welded on site, so the finished skin is continuous. The plain finishes are Plain Blue, Marbella Blue, Sensitive Sand and Pearl Black, and the printed ranges — from mosaic effects to sand and dark stone tones — are shown in full under Liners.
